One of the blessings of Pine Hill Congregational Church is that it is a very membership-driven congregation. While the Church completes numerous activities and ministries both within the Church as well as throughout the community, many of these programs are operated and staffed by members of the congregation and are not simply run by paid staff. For the support and enhancement of this work of the laity, however, Pine Hill Congregational Church has three individuals on the paid staff of the congregation.
