In consideration of the use of Pine Hill Congregational Church premises and facilities, the group agrees that the church and its agents are not liable for any injuries to persons or damage to the church premises or facilities. The group further agrees to indemnify the church for any legal expenses, settlement costs, or court judgments incurred or entered against the church because of a claim or lawsuit which arose from or during the group's use of church premises or facilities.
I have read the guidelines for the use of the Pine Hill Cngregational Church building and grounds and pledge our group to observe the same.
